Primitive Reflex Exercises

Within the first few months of life the brain and body should have integrated certain reflexes, however, for a number of reasons, like a difficult birth, emotional or physical trauma, or being over 40 years old, these reflexes could have become unintegrated or never integrated at all. 

When these necessary reflexes are not functioning properly the brain is unable to process information correctly. This can lead to a hosts of seemingly unrelated issues. 

If you're suffering from any of these symptoms you may need to reintegrate reflexes:

anxiety, poor concentration, low stress tolerance, flight/fight, lack of motivation, unable to cope with strong emotions, irritability, behavior outbursts, difficulty in school, poor balance, ADD/ADHD symptoms, number or letter reversals, panic and phobias, motion sickness, dislike of certain textures or sounds, poor math skills, shy in social settings, poor handwriting, difficulty following step instructions, and so many more
